Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Cryptopremium mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the App.

Description of Service

Cryptopremium provides cryptocurrency market data, price alerts, arbitrage notifications, and watchlist tools for informational purposes.

Cryptopremium is not a wallet, exchange, broker, or custodial service. We do not execute trades, hold funds, or have access to your private keys, seed phrases, or wallet passwords at any time.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the App. By using Cryptopremium, you represent that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Subscriptions & Billing

Certain features of Cryptopremium require a paid subscription, billed through your Apple App Store account. The following terms apply to all auto-renewing subscriptions:

• Payment is charged to your App Store account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price of the selected subscription
• You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time in your App Store account settings
• Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when you purchase a paid subscription, where applicable

User Conduct

When using Cryptopremium, you agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the App
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the App's data outside of provided features
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the App
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, branding, logos, and underlying software, is owned by Cryptopremium and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for its intended purpose. This license does not include any right to resell, redistribute, or create derivative works from the App or its content.

Market Data & Investment Disclaimer

Price data, alerts, and arbitrage notifications provided by Cryptopremium are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice.

Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile. You are solely responsible for any trading, investment, or financial decisions you make. Cryptopremium does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any market data displayed in the App.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cryptopremium shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms & Conditions or engage in conduct that we determine, in our discretion, to be harmful to the App or other users.

You may stop using the App and cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify you via email or an in-app notice at least 7 days before the change takes effect.

Continued use of Cryptopremium after an update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
